Introducing the Rated Console

London Dec 14th, 2023 – We’re unveiling the launch of the Rated Console, and with it the graduation of the Rated API out of public beta! This marks the first of many stops on the way towards making the console a true Rated power user tool.

Since the launch of the open beta version of the Rated API in February 2023, we have had over 150 different organizations integrate with it, facilitating over 74 million API requests, and serving a series of different use cases that range from reporting applications and accounting dashboards, to benchmarking validator performance, pricing SLAs and powering delegation interfaces.

During that time we have proven its value, enhanced its functionality, and hardened the integrity of the data that it serves. At the same time, however, given the constraints we have been working under, we haven’t been able to serve all the users that sought to derive value from the data Rated curates. Until today!

The Rated API is hereon out of public beta, and to mark the occasion, we are launching a self-serve platform–the Rated Console–that is today onwards accessible to all organizations.  Together with the Console, we are introducing a developer-friendly pricing structure designed for accessibility, starting free and scaling gracefully with your usage.

Today, the Console is the place from which developers start interfacing with all the value that the Rated API suite can offer. It’s the place to create and manage API keys, manage your organization and access controls, monitor your Compute Unit consumption and so on.

Our vision for it is, however, much bigger than this starting point. We view the Console as a launchpad for all kinds of new products and functionality, always in service of node operators, active set managers, researchers and application builders.
